For another year running, New Bailey has been shortlisted at this year’s prestigious Insider North West Property Awards, where we’re up for not one, not two, but three awards!
First up, Two New Bailey Square has been nominated for Commercial Development of the Year. The 188,500 sq ft, BREEAM excellent scheme has attracted high-calibre occupiers BLM and Eversheds Sutherland, who now call the scheme home.
Our Four New Bailey scheme is shortlisted in the Property Deal of the Year category, following our momentous 175,000 sq ft pre-let to communications giant, BT.
This deal represented the largest single regional office letting in 2020, as reported by the Manchester Office Agency Forum.. The ten-storey development is due for completion in late 2023 and we can’t wait to welcome BT to New Bailey.
Last but by no means least, our wider work across New Bailey has received a resounding endorsement after being nominated in the Placemaking Project of the Year category. This is testament to the hard work and efforts of our team, whose hard work and commitment has created a vibrant, diverse and connected destination here in the heart of Salford.
Winners will be announced on Thursday 1 July at Manchester Central, so keep your fingers crossed for a New Bailey win!
