T&Cs – FORM MCR Giveaway
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 or older and are residents of the UK.
- Giveaway Period: The giveaway starts on the 8th January 2025 and end on the 27th January 2025. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
- Prize: The prize consists of one month’s free group training at FORM MCR. This is a non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via the New Bailey Instagram (@new_bailey) only, on the 27th January 2025 before 10:00pm.
- Claiming the prize: The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours, if the winner does not respond within this period another winner will be selected.
- Sessions and flexibility: The prize includes one months group training at FORM MCR, but all sessions are subject to availably. FORM MCR reserves the right to reschedule or move training sessions at their discretion.
- Privacy: By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the collection of their data for the purpose of administrating the giveaway. This information will not be shared with third parties unless required for the fulfilment of the prize.
- General Conditions: FORM MCR reserves the right to disqualify and entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. They also reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at thier discretion if necessary.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
